Elsa Rodrigues is a lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, specializing in litigation, international arbitration and business mediation. She works for French and foreign clients in resolving conflicts before State Courts or Arbitral Tribunals and preventing disputes in the context of negotiations or Alternative Disputes Resolutions mechanisms (ADR). She also practices as a Mediator registered with the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP).
For more than 12 years, Elsa Rodrigues assisted her clients in complex commercial cases and developed a specific expertise in product liability matters in various fields including automotive, aeronautics and hygiene products. She acquired solid experience in representing corporate clients or individuals in M&A litigation, shareholder conflicts, and directors’ liability. Lately, she also devoted part of her time to issues relating to the liability of hosting providers for foreign clients.
Elsa Rodrigues has significant experience in international arbitration (institutional and ad hoc), including in the aeronautics field, and has represented clients in cases subject to OHADA Law and ex aequo et bono.
